Registration
Once enrollment is confirmed, families are required to fill in and submit the registration form, along with the deposit. Once registration form is submitted, a 4 weeks’ notice is required to withdraw, or fees paid in lieu of withdrawal.
Automated Bank Withdrawal Form
Fees is withdrawn directly using Automated Clearing House (ACH). Fees are withdrawn at the beginning of the fee period. Parents will be notified via email a week prior to withdrawal and it is a requirement to sign and submit the ACH enrollment form along with the Registration form.
Hi Mama Parent Agreement
HiMama is a childcare app used to enable communication between families and staff. Parents receive daily reports, notifications, pictures of their child/ren during the day through the app. Sign up is optional and families can waive the use of the app.
